Hawaii Waterfalls - The Big Island: Akaka Falls and Rainbow Falls

On Hawaii's Big Island - we visited 2 main waterfalls on our way to tour the top of the volcano. The first was Akaka falls. It was HUGE and well worth the short hike.

The second waterfall was Rainbow Falls. This was just a short walk from the parking to the falls. As you can tell from the picture, it wasn't as rainy, resulting in a lesser amount of water coming off the falls.
